Good experience overall. Janice, in the office, is very effective and communicates well with the residents. She is courteous and kind. Kevin, the maintenance guy, is exceptional. I never waited long to have work orders complete. He is the biggest selling point of this property. If having a responsive team to fix issues in the unit is important to you, then this property will please you in that regard. I cant say enough good things about Kevin. The noise from neighbors is also minimal. I chose this property because I dont like hearing neighbors walking around above me. I lived on the second floor (out of 4) and rarely heard my neighbors. When I did hear them, it didnt sound as loud as some other buildings that Ive lived in before. There are concrete floors here which help minimize noise. The only drawback of this property that I can think of is the plumbing. The water gets cut off sometimes for required work and the pressure in the shower is poor. The building is super old though so this isnt the fault of the management team.

I absolutely love love love this apartment complex. Our apartment manager is the nicest sweetest lady ever she has recently taken over the apartment complex in the past few months. And this woman has made some amazing changes. Just the overall presence of these apartments feels better since she's taken over as property manager. I give Parliament place a five-star out of five star rating. I've never lived in a place as peaceful as this one with such a great staff overseeing facility. I can't think of a single time the property manager hasn't walked past me and addressed me by name to talk to me you can tell right there that she actually cares for her tenants. I've seen the same with my neighbor's I think she knows us all by name LOL anyone looking to move here it's a great place in Nashville. If you come by for a tour I know you will love talking with Diana to she is the best point blank.

This place is nothing like it used to be. When I first moved in, there were different residents than there are now. Now it's trashy people who live here & why people are moving out. I am waiting for roaches to start appearing, that's how trashy these people are. 6 or more adults living in a two bed apt? Come on management, we've told you but you still won't do anything about it. Parking is bad now too, with the good spots taken up by people who don't live there. Very disappointed in how bad things have gotten here.

It was nice living here for the most part. It’s very close to downtown and I feel like everything was within 10 minutes. These apartments are basic but you get what you pay for. There are only two closets in the apartment. One is the pantry in the kitchen and one is in the bedroom. The flooring was easy to maintain because there is only carpet in the bedroom. There are four washers and four dryers in the laundry room. When I was there it was best to do laundry early in the morning or late at night to avoid others. Usually one or two of the washers was out of order. There’s an elevator that I enjoyed when I didn’t feel like hauling things up the steps. The maintenance guy was pretty great. I had him hang a picture and anything that was broken was promptly fixed either that day or the next day. I liked the first come first serve parking because most people park in the same spot. There were two things I hated...they started charging for water based on usage of the complex instead of the flat rate fee. I worked 14 hour days and I didn’t have kids running a tub or a washer in the unit so I felt an increase wasn’t warranted. The second thing I didn’t like was that there was a murder on property and no one was notified. I learned about it by coming home to police tape and then the news. No word from the complex. Great starter apartment ;)

Dear Michael, We do have elevators in our 4 story building which is where our one bedrooms are located. How soon are you looking to move? We have limited availability as the summer months are in full swing. We would love to you have you out for a tour soon. Kindest Regards, Tasha Armistad Multi-Site Community Manager
