Keep getting in incomplete papers. Worst customer service. All you can do is talk to somebody in the Philippines you can't get anybody in America to out to you to contact you by phone or anything just by voicemail that you can't get back to them it's horrible I don't even know why I subscribe it's just a waste of time

Very nice people. A very wonderful part of Baltimore for years. They are going to be missed. I hope that everyone there finds a new job and it all works out for them

To start I am suppose to receive the Sunpaper on Wednesdays and the Sunday paper. We use to have a wonderful carrier and she left during the summer. It has been 8 weeks (minus one week - when it was right) since I have received the COMPLETE Sunday paper. I have emailed the Baltimore Sun, I have called their customer service and you know how that is (they promise delivery but never receive it), etc. Today the customer service rep (which is not located in our state or possible country) tried to explain to me that since I get the Sunday paper I would get it on Sunday. I then asked why do all my neighbors who get the Sunday paper get the ads/coupons on Saturday and I don't). How hard is it to get the paper when my neighbors do. I could see if I was the only one on my street but dang it, this is ridiculous. They keep crediting my account and promise to make it right but it never is!!! This is not about COVID and lack of carriers since they are on my street every day delivering.

Do you wish to tell the story about something that went on over the Baltimore City Detention Center during the BGF scandal? I was there and I received letters from the DOJ and was placed in a 24 hr holding cell with no running water for 42 day's.
