The apartment is good. I am however extremely disappointed in the lack of interior cleaning since new management took over. Walls have giant scuffs everywhere that never get touched up.. the carpet floors are never vacuumed.. there’s constantly mud and dirt all over the tile.. the entrance on the 1st floor is horrendous. Needs to be power washed big time. Walls and floor. It didn’t always look like this, so I’m super disappointed this luxury apartment complex looks the way it does when we pay what we do. I really hope things turn around. The amenities are awesome and the staff is polite. I’ll certainly edit my review if I see any changes in the next few months. **Edit** I’ve now found 5 total roaches since living here. One of which was taking a nap next to me when I woke up. I am as minimal and clean as it gets. Very unhappy with the roach problem that is seemly getting worse and only began after new ownership took over.

I went to the apartments and I met an employee named Lauren. She was very helpful and she knew all the answers to my questions. It was very speedy and that was good because I was on a time crunch! She is amazing at her job! I will definitely be applying here!!!

This is a beautiful set of apartments that we service regularly. Both inside and outside are elegantly designed with plenty of amenities and right on the edge of downtown Fort worth. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always reach out to us promptly to address any problems they have to keep their little community happy. My dealings with Jeff Skaggs has made it an easy work experience. It has a gated parking garage and keyed entry as well to keep residents nice and safe. Great place to live if you're looking for a a quiet place to live within walking distance of downtown. I'll make sure to add pics the next time I'm there
