Ordered for pickup through the app, they had it ready at when the store opened. Fast and quick. We walked around the whole store for fun. Lots of people to help. Didn't find the employees pushy at all and felt they genuinely wanted to help with anything we had questions about. Great place to shop.

This Location actually was the only one with the Car speakers I wanted in stock. The employee in the back was super helpful in finding out what I wanted & going to get the info on anything he didn't automatically know. He allowed me to make a better decision with my purchase. He also knew to let me know there is a small adapter to make installing the speakers easier since I mentioned to him I would do the install myself. Even got the adapter Shipped to a store in WA for me since they didn't have it in stock.

Just bought 2 large tvs. They had a great selection and friendly, helpful staff. As always, it depends on the people helping you, but most were friendly and knowledgeable. I have been to this location several times and would definitely continue shopping here.

The company moved to a call center type phone system. Even if you call the store you get routed to a Portland area phone hub. The folks at the store are great, Not lazy. They just don't even get a ring on thier side.

Yes there is. Best buy is really good at helping with consumer questions. And for the things they don't know they have the geek squad team to fal back on. So any questions you have will get answered

This is not connected to the store. It is monitored by customer's like yourself with specific knowledge about the stores we frequent. For this question, you should call the store directly. They are super helpful!

The company has moved to a Phone Hub system. When you call, it is routed to the phone hub and, if all goes well, is routed to the store you're attempting to contact. Then it depends on the traffic level in the store. The same employees helping clients in store are the ones attempting to answer phones. There are no dedicated phone associates.
Yes they do for sure. They have a generak free wifi for all and a few other wifi servies for technical purposes
