The company moved to a call center type phone system. Even if you call the store you get routed to a Portland area phone hub. The folks at the store are great, Not lazy. They just don't even get a ring on thier side.

Typical Portland company gives false info when you spend your day off going into their jacked city to get something done that doesn't help then says call if you need us. 30 min on hold still absolutely ridiculous lazy is the word for it. Terrible service will tell everyone to go anywhere else

I was able to get ahold of someone in store very quickly today. I just said "customer service" when the automated system asked why I was calling. Then it asked if this was about a repair and I said "no." Then I got transferred to someone in store. However, they could not answer my question and re-routed me to an overseas call center, which dropped my call.
