Yes there is. Best buy is really good at helping with consumer questions. And for the things they don't know they have the geek squad team to fal back on. So any questions you have will get answered

I don't live close to Best Buy anymore but they were always great when I would have issues or questions with anything I took over there

They will have better support, paid d or not than any other store around.
