Positive: Nothing. Worst hotel experience ever and I am a frequent traveler. Negative: Absolutely disgusting. Hallway reeked of urine. Dirty. Tub wouldn¿t drain. Unsafe!! Holes in the wall. Gab under the door. Left a day early even though paid for/nonrefundable due to safety concerns. Do NOT waste your money!!!

Positive: Clean updated bathroom, clean and very comfortable bed. My room was in a very quiet area. Best sleep I had in months!!! Negative: Very mild floorshakes when delivery trucks drive by during the day. You can't change that because it's downtown. I may have counted 7 trucks in total my entire 4 day stay but at night it's very quiet.

Positive: It had a pool. Negative: The room had a dirty mask sitting right on the bed when we walked in, the bathroom door had a giant crack and got stuck from the inside if someone shut the door. There was stains on the comforter and the desk was sticky, not wiped. Smelled bad.

Like a lot of cities, Portland has a large homeless issue. Location of this hotel for me was convenient to public transit and in close proximity to the Amtrak Union station. The hotel is almost nondescript in its appearance. But the Staff were very good and helpful. The room was clean and in good condition. Price range was good and worth the price.
