Hotel hidden in a bad area. Not necessarily that near PDX as stated within 8+ miles or so there's plenty of other hotels much better quality that are closer. Anyone who stops in front of the doors to check in &/or get their parking pass will block the entryway. Parking is $14 for a flimsy arm gate to the back lot. Upon arrival 2 female front desk workers were too busy gossiping about other guests that had just checked in.. something about waiting too long for the airport shuttle so canceled it (why should I as a new arriving guest know this? Hence how freely they spoke of it.) As my daughter & I stood there waiting to check in, mind you the lobby was completely full of guests. After 1 front desk female left the other proceeded to tear down the box she was holding rather then check me in as I stood there watching her... again the lobby was full if waiting guests. She literally acted as if I were invisible until I said "Excuse me, but can we check in?" She kind of gave a nasty look as how dare I. Anyways during the check in she was mumbling & speaking really low to where I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. During check in another guest asked her about the ice machine, and the other female prior walked up to him & handed a garbage bag of ice. Got my things & left to get into the room. Going to the elevator all we smelled was weed. Elevator is very slow. Halls are dark, broken ice machine visible with tape over it, walking through the hallways it had a musty, humid, weed stench so thick I felt like I just ate it. Room smelled of urine. Bathrooms VERY tiny. Kept getting bit open sheets & saw bed bugs. Blood stains on sheets. Ants on pillows. The bed is where the urine smell was coming from. Ended up sleeping on the couch. Shower has the poorest water pressure, almost impossible to rinse the shampoo out. Never wanted to leave a hotel so fast before. Total of 12 bites on my legs. Housekeeper kept banging the vaccum on our door in the am. Gave us a nasty look while leaving. Cars next to mine had their trunks broken into. My alarm had actually gone off at about 3am. Radisson name itself is usually a very nice hotel... this looks as if Radisson bought out a motel 6 or Shilo & just renamed it. Very ran down not like any Radisson I've ever stayed at before. Never have I ever wanted to leave a hotel so fast & not relax until check out. Never again would we stay there. Need better management to control the issues because it's clear during my stay that the cleanliness in the rooms are not as stated. Other reviews have had great experiences, I myslef did not.

bad experience from the beginning. first...they charged my son for early check-in. I've never heard of that before. anywhere. 2nd: elevator was out of order. 3rd: no working ice machines. the front desk had to deliver it to our room...AFTER she dealt with line at the front desk. no ice...sheesh, Motel 6s on interstates at least have working ice machines. 4th: we're not at the airport. kind of close, but not what I'd call an "airport" location. 5th: check out our view! This is the least of the issues, but it's just one more thing. The rooms are okay, but should be about $100, compared to other hotels in which I've stayed. The rooms are large, I'll grant them that. The people at the desk were pleasant and efficient, but it doesn't offset the multitude of issues. Think hard before you select this place.

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable, but the website stated that they had room service all day. With my schedule, that got me to book it. When I got here, I found out that they don’t do room service anymore. The website stated that it was all day. That still have a restaurant, but it doesn’t open until 5:00, and I needed to eat before then. They should update their website. It was nice other than that.

Such a great stay. Overall, everything was perfect. The room was pretty big, with a comfortable bed overlooking a lake. They have the best breakfast, and the gym is not rundown like many other hotels; it’s also equipped with a small laundry place.

I did not see anyone like that there, but maybe if you asked they would help.

Don't know. Why not ask them?
4 am
I would contact the front se so and not put travel info in this forum
Pretty good bar food. Nachos, pizza, salads, burgers. Also Steak, Fish and Pasta are offered, but fairly spendy.
