I was on hold for a total of 30 min, two separate calls and finally hung up. Awful phone customer service. You have to go to one of their stores where you get excellent service.

I agree... That is much too long to be waiting on hold. Sorry to hear about that. I went there in person and got awesome customer service... I hope there is no reason for Me to have to call.
