Usually am a big fan of hertz, however the service at this location was unacceptable. We were treated rudely by the 2 ladies at the front desk, claiming they no longer had the requested car type we booked stating it was because we were two hours late. I would have been more understanding if they politely told me this, but how they said it was demeaning and unprofessional. They made us pay extra for an SUV when we had reserved a sedan originally because of the lateness. This overall was a very unwelcoming and unpleasant experience, will be avoiding this hertz location going forward.

Never rent here. Gave me a dirty car not cleaned after previous customer. Not just the outside but the inside of the car as well. Didn't offer me a pre-pay fueling as a service option. Rude customer service staff Amber who doesn't fully offer available services and lies when called out about that.

I was having difficulty making a reservation/booking a rental online and Amber was so amazing and helpful in assisting me over the phone. What a nice young lady she was. Definitely looking forward to shaking her hand for the wonderful customer service she provided.

Got sent here by Hertz corporate, after getting a call 3 hours before I was supposed to pick up my reserved car at Hertz in San rafael, telling me there was no car. Really!?!?!? So I show up here and can you guess what happened? No car. After going back and forth with the lady at the desk and catching her in multiple lies, the manager came out with a different tactic. Rude and combative and basically, we don't have the car you reserved so leave and deal with it. Never here, never anywhere. Hertz will never get my business again!
