Not a great experience. I booked about 3 months in advance a "convertible mustang or similar" for a week-long anniversary trip out of the Santa Rosa Airport in CA. About 2 weeks out, I get a call from someone telling me he's not sure they will have a car for me when we arrive. Disappointedly, it was "someone else's fault", not Enterprise. He proceeded to tell me I would be lucky if they had a vehicle for me, but I would have to pay more if it cost more at the time. I objected and the call ended with he "just wanted me to know". So at that point, I checked other options, but pretty much sold out or available at about 4x the cost of my booking. The next day, I got another guy calling from Enterprise. Says he knows nothing about the first guy, but he goes through the same routine. Two days after that, a 3rd guy calls, says he is an assistant manager and starts down the same road, same story. He says he knew nothing about the other two calls. So we are flying in with no idea what to expect. Awful experience.
