sales staff are cut throat and have no problem stabbing each other in the back. we purschased a vehicle they did a 100+ point inspection, took it to our own mechanic and within 20 minutes I was on my way to return the POS vehicle. now I see why used car dealers get a bad wrap. selling used cars as though they will run as expected, when they actually need $20k worth of repairs.

My partner spent 2 months calling dealerships from all over the state. Each salesman he spoke to tried a different sleasly tactic to get him to overpay for the model he wanted. But when he spoke to the people from Manly Honda on the phone and in person, he got only good, genuine vibes from them. And best of all, they offered the price he had been looking and hoping for all along, which no one else was willing to offer. Our experience buying a car at Manly Honda made all the annoying phone calls to other dealerships worth it, because we found the right dealership in the end. DO NOT COME HERE! Lied to me about down payment completely. They said I would pay 500 and then another. They charged my card without notice of the full 1,000 being charged. We also agreed on a price for the car, 13,200. They marked it up 200$, so in the end I payed 13,400. One of the salesmen said I would finance with Capital One, signed the documents and everything. A few days go by and he calls saying that they need to secure the loan. I give him my information and we secure the loan FOR A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BANK. Mechanics Bank Auto Finance. This bank is such a hassle to deal with and this dealership made it worse. Lack of transparency and sneaky lizards! EDIT: The tires the car had were bald. Absolutely no grip for long turns. MY CAR SKID ON THE FREEWAY TWICE because of this. They failed to make sure the car was safe for the person buying the car. Absolutely unprofessional.

I’ve had the worst experience so far purchasing my first car with Honda Manly. I purchased my car with them not even a year ago. My vehicle broke down on me with no warning. Then struggled for weeks without a car because I was left car less. Although my insurance covered everything. I just received my car yesterday and noticed my vehicle wasn’t turning on the same way I turned it in the service center. I called Honda to kindly explain to them the situation, they explain to me if I want my vehicle to be checked I’m going to have to pay for another service fee for them to check it . To me that’s sounds completely unfair that I would have to pay another fee, I literally left the service center just yesterday. I just can’t believe the type of customer service I’m receiving from Honda . So surprising to me since this company was recommend to me through so many friends and family. I’m not happy with my car . All I want is my vehicle to work the same way it was turned into them. This will be my first and last time ever purchasing any vehicle from Honda Manly .

You can just walk in for an oil change. Just be patient, cause you'll be behind the appointments. Though I've never had any trouble squeezing in in a reasonable amount of time.

We have a wide variety depending on your wishes, with the safest being you can simply request an off-site white glove vehicle delivery to your house, and it's free within 60 miles! The driver wipes it down a last time, you sign your paperwork at your house, and that's it! If you decide to come in you can test drive any vehicle by yourself (with full coverage insurance), we require masks, we wipe all surfaces and door knobs down hourly and restrict occupancy indoors.
