The front end customer needs to step it up. From the wait times to helping their customers. I was helping the old lady in front of me with getting a rental car instead of an associate. Plus I wait 15 minutes to be helped with one person in front of me that was already being helped. Once of the worst customer service experiences of 2022. Then I complained once, I was helped about having to wait an hour and a half for an oil change after waiting 15 minutes to be helped and the associate started bad mouthing Lithium Dodge contacts/ services and how they took over there contact as well as services. I really hope you step up your customer service.
