Let’s just say after months of searching for a vehicle Hansel Ford really made this process so easy . Not only did I drive off with my new car. I hate I’m so bad at names but it don’t matter because the whole staff from Managers , to employees on the floor, to employees on the phone were very respectful and will do everything to help you get in the vehicle you want. Coming from San Francisco well worth the drive. I passed up so many dealerships and been to half the dealerships around me. Let’s just say that I will definitely refer my family and friends to Hansel Ford in Santa Rosa for their next vehicle. Sometimes you have to drive out your way to get the great service you need ,and to feel at ease without no pressure into buying something you don’t want . I had an excellent experience with my pre-ordered Bronco at Hansel Ford Santa Rosa. When I arrived to pick up my Bronco the salesperson had it all ready for me and walked me through all the details. He made sure it was clean and spotless and even set up my iPhone with the Fordpass app so I was ready to play some tunes on my drive home. The finance person did a great job walking me through all the paperwork in a timely and clear way and I was in my Bronco in no time. I really felt like a valued customer at Hansel Ford. And I love my new Bronco!

Purchased a 2021 Ford F-250 Black Widow Edition here at the Santa Rosa Ford dealership and the experience was fun. There where a bit of complications but they made everything work out. Our salesman was Jorge and Finance guy was Joey was awesome working with them for the purchase.
