They send you a link in a text so you can see the progress and charges that you can either accept or decline just by clicking on it. instead of just taking their word for it like all other places I’ve been. All repairs were good. The diagnostics and recommended services is a tedious process. Could be simplified. Couple of small things: I paid for 2 taillights. Only one continues to function. Within 3 weeks the right taillight quit. Sent a message via text requesting replacement. Due to no response after a week, my son helped me replace the bulb. Also, part of the engine cover was missing. Did receive a text to return for the part.
