They also service electric scooters in the very beginning of Sebastopol on the left where the Ford dealer used to be.

I don't think Factory Powersports does house calls. If your motorcycle is immobile (flat tire, dead battery for example) there are motorcycle transport services that can bring it to the service department at Factory Powersports. Call them. Their helpful service advisor can can recomend a transporter.
Give the place a call. They have some pretty good guys that work there. Or go online and see what you can see.
