Super Shady. This branch told me that I could leave the vehicle with my auto repair shop, and they would pick up the vehicle. When I dropped off the vehicle, I called the branch and was disconnected after being on hold 3 different times covering a 50 minute time span. I called the corporate number to let the branch know that the vehicle was being dropped off per instructions I was given. The corporate representative ensured me that the branch would receive the notice by Monday morning (the next business day). The auto body shop also ensured me that they called to let the branch know the vehicle was ready for pickup. The following Wednesday I noticed the rental still at the auto body shop. I made a curtesy call to remind them the car was at the auto body shop, and they said no one had ever called them. The closed out the contract for 5 additional days than I had the vehicle and then told me they couldn't adjust the contract they just closed. 2 week's later and still no resolution, and they claim they cannot correct a contract they closed incorrectly. I also received a toll fee charged to my card, when I never crossed a toll while having the rental. I have never had any rental experience like this. *Update Chris R, your request seems insincere considering I have spoken to multiple representatives at this branch and provided this information. I will contact via email as you requested, and will continue to update the review to reflect the service and corrective action provided.

Great place and as a Teamster we use this place quite a bit for our vans. My truck was being repaired at Ford so they set up a rental for me here. The two gentlemen that took care of me were fantastic. Always polite and happy.

Waiting in line at the front desk for 15 minutes and haven’t even been acknowledged. Bad service.
