I don’t normally post reviews but my experience at Smothers European Volvo was far above and beyond my expectations. I bought a used car from them and after visiting and test driving many cars at different dealerships, Smothers friendly and honest service made my experience so easy. I even forgot something there and they promptly sent it back to me so I didn’t have to make the hour long drive to get it. Way to go Smothers…thanks!!! 👍

The staff here doesn’t know how to listen to what customers want. I find it so frustrating when I have to keep explaining myself and a sales person is convinced they know better what I want.
