There’s no customer service by phone you have to actually be at the location to be able to get helped that’s no good why if you can’t be at the location when you might be able to fix the problem by phone.

If you're the right kind of person they are the best most caring people to talk to in there, of course that was the customer that was ahead of me but as soon as it was my turn and I was going to show the ups person my phone for them to scan, they didn't even look at it and promptly told me that they could accept that kind of code and "we need for you to get the IZ# here is the information you need to be able to get it and other ups stations where you could take it too instead" and then went ahead to help the other customers that were behind me.....honestly I felt rushed out of there as if I wasn't welcome there I didn't even have a chance to explain my situation. I will be doing my best to make sure I don't ever have to come back there again, lesson learned, I am not welcome!😐👍🏽

They can't handle returns from Amazon, in 2022. They say they don't have a QR scanner every phone comes with one. They're just lazy and incompetent and they don't want to do their work and feel entitled to your money, I would use FedEx when at all possible or the US postal service.
