GET AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They treat you very well making sure to get you into their membership, but at the time you want to cancel it, you will see their real intentions. They make the whole process so against you and at the end they will get away with your money. WE NEVER USED THE MEMBERSHIP!!! I have been calling every other day asking to cancel the membership and They gave more than 4 different Excuses about why they won’t refund my $ back Already passed 2 weeks and today the new excuse is that they won’t return my money because already past 72 hours!?!? I CAN GO AND ON EXPLAINING HERE ALL OF THEM, but again AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY don’t care about your health! They JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!

While the massage therapists here are wonderful, the management here is disappointing. I used to be a member here until I moved and I did enjoy going here monthly. I came back this past weekend for a massage appointment and it was advertised that Hand and Stone was doing a Christmas in July special in which you can buy a giftcard for a 1 hour massage for $69.95 as a non-member versus paying the $140 regular non-member price. Nowhere on the terms and conditions does the special state that you cannot use the giftcard the same day of purchase, and once I went to checkout after receiving the massage, I was told that I cannot use the gift card same day of purchase and had to pay $140 versus $69.95.... DOUBLE the price. Very misleading, should be explicitly stated on the terms and conditions. These people do not care about their customers, only taking as much money as they can from you. Will not be returning.
