I lived here for 20 years and these apartments could be better. The tenants should not have to pay for washer and dryer; laundry should be free. Some of neighbors are friendly and helpful to my mom. Rent is based on income so it should not be a problem. They will use financial statements and income verification to determine rent. The family dollar store is across the street so it is also a plus for less travel. Need more maintenance staff for helping with repairs.
