JP and Chris are the best maintenance professionals do you ever meet, I had an air conditioning problem and they took care of it within the hour. They went ahead and addressed my AC on a Saturday! The environment is also very clean, the cleaning stuff does a great job and covering the elevators, doors, gym, and community spaces. I'm very happy I decided to move into this complex.

Camden is a complete dump. When I first moved in it was nice but the building isn't maintained. Most apartments have 5 or more people living in them with 2 bedrooms. It’s like living in a college dorm. Aside from Lauren in the sales office, the staff is incompetent and rude. I didn’t have a patio door handle for the last 4 months I was there because service in the building is a joke. You request service and they immediately send you an email saying it was completed but they never even contact you. Meagan in the sales office told me shortly before I moved out that they didn’t replace my door handle because I wasn’t renewing my lease.No hot water in the kitchen.In the year & 1/2 that I was there they never once cleaned the exterior windows so you could barely see outside. Side note: if you don’t renew your lease take pictures of how you left your apartment because they don’t do final walk thru’s and they will claim that there was damage like wall nicks and garbage and bill you through a collection agency. I could write a book on how horrible my experience was there
