I moved into the Alluvion in January after living in Rome for four years! I absolutely love living here, as I grew up in Fort Lauderdale!!! #STA I found the amazing option to upgrade to a larger apartment and so very grateful to have been able to do so!!! I just moved in to Alluvion. Just like any place it takes a lot for the moving process but Leasing Office have made it such a smooth transition. Whenever I needed or had a question everything was answered in a timely matter. So far it's great from the amenities to the employees/other tenants. Overall great experience so far.

Oh BOY! I can field this question. What security? Do you think because you pay Las Olas prices that you get Las Olas service? LOL The answer my dear sir, is , security is non existent, they can't protect you , your property or your vehicle. Which is weird because they can boot your car in 30 seconds if you leave it in the wrong place. Someone's lining their pockets off that racket. So I KNOW they have the manpower to not have the cars robbed and vandalized in the garage, but it doesn't make them money, so they BOOT you instead. LOL
