Oh BOY! I can field this question. What security? Do you think because you pay Las Olas prices that you get Las Olas service? LOL The answer my dear sir, is , security is non existent, they can't protect you , your property or your vehicle. Which is weird because they can boot your car in 30 seconds if you leave it in the wrong place. Someone's lining their pockets off that racket. So I KNOW they have the manpower to not have the cars robbed and vandalized in the garage, but it doesn't make them money, so they BOOT you instead. LOL
I'm not going to publicly point out the very few security issues that could arise, but I will say that the building is very secure. There is concierge at all times and you need a key fob to get inside the building. Someone trying to get to your apartment would have to be very creative as the elevators only allow you to access your floor through the key fob assigned to your unit. I can't speak for the garage's security, but I've not personally heard nor witnessed any criminal activity. It is gated and I'm sure monitored as well.
