I lived at Port Royale for almost 3 years. I love the area and safety. Management at Emera has improved slightly but still need to evaluate the reason why the elevators are frequently down, my ac was broken switch thermostat and motor for almost 3 months without repair. The parking has improved after having my own vehicle towed over three times. The package room has been a amazing improvement now that my expensive packages aren’t getting damaged and lost or stolen anymore. The noice complaints and pet urine smells are still an issue only after being fogged out in corridors and elevators by drug smells and dog pee every where. Residents are not mindful and let their dogs pee in the hallways and elevators. The mold issues have been resolved in Bld A and hopefully won’t return!

Definitely a really nice property to live at a little expensive and a lot of dogs but that's everywhere in South Florida I have definitely enjoyed living here for the past 5 years and hopefully I can continue enjoying my time here even though they did paint the interior of every building to make it nicer and I hear they're going to be replacing the carpets also was thinking of moving to Sebastian Florida but that did not work out for me I enjoy living in luxury apartments especially this one otherwise I would have left one year after leasing back in 2017-18 and I have not even though a new company took over the property they're doing their very best to turn it into Tip Top shape which I appreciate very much especially everyone in the office is very nice and very helpful especially Morgan she's number one in my book

Resident services are beyond reproach, our concierge Lyra, is a doll and works hard to file all our packages correctly. Always a smile from the whole office staff, from Valencia to Morgan! And Adrian is #1 👍

Beautiful community. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Valencia made the application process simple and answered all my questions while juggling other people that needed help. Although they are constantly busy with foot traffic, I always feel they take the time to listen and assist with a smile and if they say they need to get back to me, they follow through on follow ups.
