This place is a disaster. First visit, the sound was completely messed up. Just a loud, high pitch rumbling with no ability to hear anything else. They said they fixed it, but didn't. Had to convince them to go see to.themselves. Had to get a refund. Another visit, they refused my cash and only took card. Then they thought the movie was playing when it wasn't..had to inform them. Finally the movie started almost 40 minutes late. Then when I went to the concession stand, was told they shut down their registers. What is going on? This place is going down hill.

It's a nice small theater the only problem I have is they close the snack bar so early. It's kind of expensive ,but on Tuesdays it's very cheap!

The theater was fine, but I expect it to be air conditioned. In the theater room we were in, there were no more than 6 other people, but the temperature in there was hotter than the hallway! We came to see the movie, but we also expect the theater to be COMFORTABLE for the two-plus hours we're there. I would give zero stars if I could.

What a disappointing visit. On my day off I decided to check out the matinee of Jaws in 3D. I checked the website to confirm the showtime and drove to the theater. When I arrived, 15 minutes prior to the show, there was absolutely nobody at the concession stand. I figured the employee was probably in the back and would be right out. After 5 minutes, no dice. I then called out hello, but there was no answer. I then took a video of the empty lobby, wondering not only how poor the service was but what a security threat it would be for an area like this to be unattended for so long. I waited five more minutes and finally an employee came out. I asked to purchase a ticket and was told that an air conditioner had gone bad and that the movie I wanted to see was unavailable. No update on the website that would have saved me a trip. And I had to wait 10+ minutes just to get the bad news. The manager (Olivia) showed up to confirm the bad news and that was about it. Now, I understand that unexpected things happen. But there is no excuse in the modern age not to give people information when something goes wrong to avoid inconveniencing them. And then, to add insult to injury, having your customers standing around in the lobby with absolutely no contact whatsoever for almost 15 minutes. If this is the future of Regal Cinemas, I feel very bad for the future of this company.

Christmas day
I am unable to find a showtime for the film in Ukiah.
Yes it is,. The date for the release to this theater is up online.
As time keeps moving on,. Hopefully because I'm done at just watching movies at Home or on the road.
No you don't.
Also they don't keep the sign on during business hours 4 evening movies, the ones they show you can stream at home ukiah has always been 25 yrs behind while growing up there....
Open with limited seating buy your tickets online to make sure you have a seat.
Nope
They don't
Tomorrow
The best thing to do is sign up for Regal unlimited and it's only 20 bucks a month😃
We saw it there. As well as Ford Vs Ferrari
It's set to release this Friday but probably not to this theater because it's not listed. I suggest checking Google later but you'll likely have to go somewhere else to see it.
Thursday at 6pm and 3d at 6:45pm.
As of right now, we unfortunately haven't gotten that movie at our location. We may get it in the near future, or we may not. We can only see a week ahead of our schedule and it appears we won't be getting it this week. Sometimes we get movies a month out. If you have the regal app installed on your smart phone you can check the schedules there also to keep updated
Yes. Tryn fix it
It hasn't been posted yet for Ukiah, but it is playing in Willits
I recommend contacting the theater or searching the mule on google for the release date.🙂
Like 9 Something its the same price as a child
3-D movies are like $15 to $20 dollars regular price are like $12 to $18 dollars! Here you can also that on your mobile phone look up movie pass from your Play Store and you can pay like $10 see unlimited movies which is the better deal!
Nope. No Uncle Drew. I had to see it in Santa Rosa
Different theater companies buy the rights to different movies, if Regal did not buy the rights it will not play in any of their theaters.
No, it appears it will not be. Sorry!
Is is not playing in Ukiah
Because kids movies are the rarity these days, and Regal has a summer thing where they show previously released G or PG rated movies for like $1 admission.
Probobly because not enough interest. They won’t make enough profit
17 or older
