they settled strangers in our room, booked in advance, for our money! Of course, the money was returned later, but we were left without a room late at night!

We reserved rooms online last minute due to being evacuated. When we arrived we were first greeted by a parking lot full of creepy men loitering. The lobby smelled like Raid. We got our room keys and as soon as I opened the door these huge roaches went scattering across the floor. I closed the door immediately and went back to the lobby. I walked in and told the front desk lady that the room was full of roaches. She immediately apologized and began to issue a refund. I asked her if she was aware that they had roaches and if they were doing anything about it. She hesitated and then said that they have long term tenants who cook so the roaches are a problem. This place was filthy inside and out and should be condemned!
