I've had a mostly positive experience with the techs themselves, MOSTLY, but the CSRs in the office is almost always negative. Ridiculous wait times, then when you finally get someone on the phone, decent chance they'll have an attitude with you. Good luck getting a callback after leaving a voicemail. Can't recommend this company.

Be aware what AC you are actually getting. We purchased from Pride a RHEEM AC and they installed something else, Ruud AC, that now they tell us it is the same as Rheem. A lot of stress and frustration when I found this out. This substitution should have been explained to us BEFORE the purchase. Rheem in written on the Pride invoice and all other papers associated with this purchase. Also we purchased a 3.5 tons AC and also found out after installation that we have a 4 tons air handler and 3.5 compressor. As far as we know they both should have been 3.5 tons. Installer never gave us the serial number of the compressor which it is on the roof and I needed to request pride to give me the number for our records and warranty or to go on the roof to find this out. We also called about exposed wires that we were concerned and nobody has called us back. Sale person, Shane Johnson. After all this frustration, stress, confusion, incorrect information given, and others, I will not recommend to anyone Pride company.

Nobody knows about the # of technicians, There is an evil/moron who decides who will receive service. Pride feels very proude about not answering any question and mistreating the clients. As a policy, Pride will select the most retarded people to answer customer service calls.

They are clueless. 3 trips to realize a relative's AC unit had a leak. First guy blamed the batteries in the thermostat. The second put and charged for putting freon into the system.The third guy was ready to put freon into the system and charge for it again until he was challenged as to his action....then he tested for and found a leak. My microwave displayed a code on the display and said a senor was bad. The tech ordered a door switch and made another trip to replace that unneeded part and then ordered another part and has to come again because he couldn't read the message on the display that is in plain sight. They do not carry parts and that door switch ( wrong part ) is as common as rainwater and a universal part ( microswitch ) use everywhere. I base my opinion on over 50 years as an electronic tech mostly in the service and maintenance field.
