I lived there for a while because it was affordable but the place was roach infested. It doesn’t matter how clean your home it was the worse. Don’t move here. Don’t move here. It’s bad for your overall health.

Simple Beauty

It was a nice place to move into at first. The back gate is always broken, some neighbors like to throw loud parties. The pool is alway filled with leaves and the chairs. My license plate was stolen cars were broken into left and right what good is the gate if this is always happening. When it came to move out the apartment was cleaned but any Speck of dirt dust they want to keep your deposit clamming it's not clean even if you take pictures they still want to fight saying that's not how it was left its definitely not worth the hassle when you can't even have privacy in your own apartment they are very noisy to how people live there lives.

Where do I begin?! First off, I had mold build up in my apartment for 2 years straight! Nothing was done about it. The staff is unprofessional as they come...the maintenance guy is some rude hood dude that can't fix anything. They charge you for backing in a parking space, even if you live there...Plus people's kids go from door to door, turning door knobs and throwing rocks at the patio windows. If I had the money to move, I'd be outta here, first thing smoking!

This is not a good place to live, I only stayed here for the amount of years I lived here because the prices for rent was not to bad but as for parking, management very very poor. They don’t make sure the people living there are happy and comfortable, I was not happy living there, would not recommend any one to live there.
