Worst doctor experience of my 38 years on earth. My husband went to ER for extreme shoulder pain and he was referred to this office. We made an appointment with a very nice Dr Stewart right away and then he had an MRI appointment a week later. It’s been 3 weeks since MRI. No phone call, no follow up appointment (except for the one they booked in OCTOBER just to read results to him). How is this possible!? We called to complain and requested a sooner appointment (I mean why would we have to wait TWO months for the doctor to tell him MRI results!?) and a very nice man got my husband in for today 9/6. He left work early to get to his appointment only to be turned away by the receptionist in the Kingston office saying, “the doctor needs you to get more tests done.” They STILL didn’t read MRI to him or help him and doctor didn’t even see him! Let alone help him with any of the pain he’s having Calling this office is a nightmare, you’re on hold at least an hour every time so I drove to the Rhinebeck office and a lovely woman named Shannon helped me (Thank you Shannon!) after I requested his records so we can use another doctor. This office is a joke and I’ve never seen such an unprofessional, unresponsive, awful medical practice in my entire life. We’ve told several people our experience and every single person is dumbfounded an office runs this way. Stay away!

Office of medical records are very rude I been on hold all day or they keep picking up the call and ended without saying a word the woman must have an attitude but this is an emergency. Some of the workers are very helpful but its very mentally and physically detrimental to my health for this to constantly be happening.

Lots of smiles and words in person but follow up and communication is the worst. Dr. Dentico, who is crazy busy, ordered a surgical epidural. Almost two weeks later and despite my calls, emails, use of patient portal nothing has been scheduled. They called me me back once but left no message or contact instructions. Yes they are busy but so are we. They finally called so increased the starts.

Dr Stewart, is an excellent surgeon. Has given me many injections in the knees. I would strongly suggest you ask for him. John Cservak
