The staff were all very friendly the only downside was the wait, which definitely wasn’t horrible only around 40 minutes after the scheduled time. It’s a bit confusing why appointments are stacked. I had a 2:00 appointment yet other people who came in after who had the same appointment time were called up first. But overall I loved how quick and easy my cleaning and filling was!

How is this dental chain still open? Over the years, I have observed Argumentative employees giving patients a really hard time for absolutely no reason. Worse than Kaiser!!(and that’s saying something) Dentists attitudes are atrocious. I’ve overheard an elderly patient in the next stall being cursed out as he was explaining his dental concerns. I’m not sure how that ended. It I got up, and walked out. There’s NO way I will get treated here!! Also, The wait time is much longer than the actual time you are being treated. For example, if your appointment is at 2, you won’t be seen til after 4. Don’t get me started on billing😫

They're professional, careful, polite and knowledgeable. They try to make the visit as easy as possible to get the job done and as quickly and as enjoyable as possible.
