Was in a motorcycle accident and referred here because of injuries. LESS THAN 24HRS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT they called me and cancelled because they did not take patients who were treated at Mid Hudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY. ??!!!??? Huh??? Is that what doctors do??? Also, I was brought there via ambulance, I had zero choice in where I ended up. I'm pretty appalled that people who describe themselves as doctors pick and choose who they help. Why did they make an appointment to start with? I have health insurance that was going to pay, this was not a matter of money or getting paid. Now I'm laying here weeks out from getting another appointment somewhere else, in pain, not able to walk, can't drive because I have no use of my right leg. Thanks OAODC!!! Seem like you're too big for your own good.

I can't believe these people are allowed to treat patients. They are impossible to reach, all of their scheduling and billing systems are messed up, they proactively cancel appointments without notice. Just a disaster. This is what happens when one group has a near monopoly on a type of healthcare in a broad region. Just awful.

This facility is excellent, I incidentally scheduled an appointment for the wrong date and they took in fast as a walk in. They got my broken ankle sorted and set me up with a boot. Great experience.

Hi Edwin. I don't have a good answer about the phones. But if it's urgent, use their Walk In clinic. That will get the ball rolling. Also, I'm pretty sure you can go in to make an appointment. The doctors and physical therapists are excellent!
