Almost 3 months here already. Great place! Close to train station. Relatively safe. Apartment was clean and carpet was shampood before coming. Staff is very helpful.

New people(10/2015) joe doesnt work there anymore nor does the other man but ill still leave this as is. Joe is a nice guy. Though the guy with a serious accent is not as nice nor is he considerate scenario: I'm in the apartment as I hear somebody jostling the keys in the door I scream out hello to no answer standing at the top of the stairs with just a pair of underwear on in the kitchen he says oh I didn't know anybody was here I said okay well now you do so what's up? how can I help you? I'm here to take the refrigerator out because the new one is coming in twenty minutes . Then I say okay well I have stuff in it so let me clean it out and get dressed then you can come get it . so I'm assuming at this point he would turn around and proceed out the door no instead he comes up and says but they'll be here in twenty minutes and I move up to the stairs and say ok I'll be dressed and it'll be clean when you come back. He says ok 20 minutes then goes back down the stairs to go away . So far it's ok but I'm not giving this place a 4 star as of yet . I'm all about common courtesy and well he lacks it but I DO LOVE THE AREA IT'S A PERFECT LOCATION ... HIGHWAY ( get to food, shopping, movies ) IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. METRO NORTH RR (the time it says it's departing is accurate) IS ACROSS THE STREET (3 minutes walk from the complex to the train door) I'M AT GRAND CENTRAL IN 1 & 1/2 HOURS
