They are clueless. 3 trips to realize a relative's AC unit had a leak. First guy blamed the batteries in the thermostat. The second put and charged for putting freon into the system.The third guy was ready to put freon into the system and charge for it again until he was challenged as to his action....then he tested for and found a leak. My microwave displayed a code on the display and said a senor was bad. The tech ordered a door switch and made another trip to replace that unneeded part and then ordered another part and has to come again because he couldn't read the message on the display that is in plain sight. They do not carry parts and that door switch ( wrong part ) is as common as rainwater and a universal part ( microswitch ) use everywhere. I base my opinion on over 50 years as an electronic tech mostly in the service and maintenance field.
Something add up? 1 month old 1st time reviews all the way? Not the same on yelp...not by a long shot. I know most people leave reviews only if they are "heavy" reviewers obsessed with their phones. Prompted by the company... Or just pissed off. So what occurred 1 month ago?
