Deceivers and scammers. Not recommend this place

rented for the winter season through sunshine. unit had no coat hangers though hundreds were in owners security closet. There were 2 glasses, 2 plates, and a broken refrigerator, all for 2100 per month. Had to spend several hundred dollars just to stock the unit with things that should have been standard. The rental contract had to be written by a 3rd grader who flunked English, Incomplete and fragmented sentences indicating the lack of professionalism. Contract had 3 separate cleaning charges which the management didn't know about until brought to their attention and of course, the highest one was used. After vacating the unit, was charged an additional $ 75 to clean the refrigerator which was unnecessary.
