Yes you get a great price on a home. Yes the house I bought is beautiful. But it is extremely difficult to get a moving company to move your home. I've been trying to get my house moved for 4 months. The movers that aren't moving homes for dealers are extremely busy. I've been practically begging M&M movers just to get my house off of the property where it sits. Make sure you have everything lined up and ready when you buy.

Sold the house I was trying to buy, after I was approved for the loan and had given them my down payment. Don't deal with these kinds of companies. Wish I could give less stars. Edit: Thats not true at all.. you sold a house I had already given you a down payment on.. you were waiting on release of funds from my bank to your company.. you guys are absolute trash and I hope others see this and choose not to do business with you guys.
