I live 5 minutes from this particular Puzza Hut, yet it took 31 minutes to deliver pizza after I got the text saying it was on the way. Needless to say I was disappointed & my pizza was not very hot. ***UPDATE*** 8/27/2022 I gave Pizza Hut another try. A couple more to be exact. The service was great. Orders were correct. Delivery was prompt, and the food was hot.

First time I ordered here, they came to deliver almost 2 hours later and forgot my entire order. I tried a second time tonight, and they forgot my wings and my cheesebread sticks. I'm still waiting on my food 3 hours later.

Have never gotten food from here and probably never will and I’ll tell you why. I ordered a delivery pizza a couple nights ago.I immediately received a call from them that left a sour taste in my mouth. Their display of customer service was extremely poor. I couldn’t even tell you who it was because they didn’t say who they were. They claimed they couldn’t complete my delivery. I assumed it had to do with a delivery driver or something of the sort so I offered to pick it up, to which the lady rudely exclaimed “we don’t have the dough to make your order or I would have offered that!” Management: Please make sure your employees are trained on phone etiquette and make/order enough dough to make the pizzas. Customers: You are probably better off going to dominos down the street, they even have a drive thru window, they are kind and efficient, my order was cheaper there as well!
