This is the best trampoline park in the area. I actually ended up here because it was very hard to book with another park in the area due to website and phone issues. I’m glad it worked out this way. They hosted a party for my son this weekend and they were very organized. I booked online and received a call from a host days prior to the event to answer any questions. The day of arrival, we met with party check-in and they had us set up and ready to go. Management and host provided exceptional customer service and maintained it even when the park got extremely busy. The only real feedback is to update their PA system when they have a moment.. It’s hard to hear what’s being said. I comprehended that the party was two hours and they can stay and jump for longer (my error) and didn’t realize that we were being called to leave. My host was very professional and came to give me a gentle nudge and explain how it worked. Highly recommended…..the children and adults had a ball.

Absolutely terrible management. Have a huge staff of over 10 employees but they stand around and joke while lines are so long there are no time limits on the climbing feature and the kids wait so long because the staff doesn't pay attention/care. Poor kids from the birthday party didnt even get a try due to the long lines.
