I love the customer service at this location! The young man with the glasses and long hair at the register and Connor are always knowledgeable, friendly, and suggest new innovative ways to use the equipment I have purchased there! Today, I spent $200 and they made me feel as though I spent 2M! Thank you both for the awesome customer service which is a rarity these days!

I only ever stop in here when I’m in a pinch and get every single time they don’t have anything I need. Strings, picks, guitar straps, you name it, they don’t have it. On top of that it looked like a bomb went off in the store with product all over the place. And not a single employee greeted me or asked if I needed help. Visiting this store reminds me why I should just buy all my stuff online from now on. Won’t be stepping foot back in this place again.

Associates never offered to help. We spoke about how long we had walked and looked at things still no one acknowledged us. I waited in line behind a man, then out of nowhere comes a couple and what happens, well you guessed it... They waited on them first then another kid and finally looked over at me. By this time I just blurted out what I needed. Which of course was not even possible seeing how I bought a $460.+ Instrument less than 9 months ago and they don't even have a record of it. My receipt was lost in a water leak unfortunately, but I will prove that I did in fact purchase it from them. Anyways, I have done business with them long time over the years... Change isn't always the best.....
