Hey everyone, I’ve been coming here since last summer in June. What I love about this gym is that they have many different levels of fighters. Not only that, but if you don’t want to compete you are also welcome. I started coming because I’m a competitor. They have classes starting at 6am and all the way through the day until 7pm. I own my own business and it can get crazy with my schedule. I love coming in at different times and still getting the same workout and learning from their trainers. I do not know if they communicate with the head coach, but they all seem to be on the same page and prepared with specific things to work on every day. My wife, who has never played sports or even ran finally decided to come and try it out, after I insisted on her coming and trying it out. She came in and really became to love it. She met other ladies with similar stories and Smooth in the mornings has really Motivated her not just to come in and work on getting in shape, but she now can run over two miles without stopping and is signing up for different runs like the 5k and eventually a marathon. Did I mention she never ran and HATED running with a passion 🤔?

We've just came for an intro class for my son, and we already love it. The coaches are very professional, attentive and seem to love working with the kids. Very impressive gym. We will be back for sure.

I heard about this gym from my brother who went to a complimentary boxing training and loved it. I went to one myself and signed up right after. The workout was great. You get plenty individual time with the trainers. I look forward to training here and seeing the changes in my body and skills.
