I paid $29.99 for their special introductory promotion and I went ahead and paid $79.99 for 4 visits to use in the future. The dr gave me 3 extra visits for free. Well, I didn’t get to use those extra visits because they don’t tell you that they have to be used up within 30 days and do not roll over to the next month. Then, they charged my credit card another $79.99 for the next month without asking me. I called them up to get my money back. The lady that answered the phone said I had to sign a cancellation form. So I did that. Then I asked for my money to be put back on my card. She said they couldn’t do it, but I still had 4 visits from the charges I did not authorize. I told them I was going to dispute the charges with the credit card company. Be very careful on what you sign on their very long forms on the iPad. There are so many, it’s like a book. Don’t believe their response about the lost of visits when you don’t use it up within 30 days.. They are purposely not verbally telling you that you will be billed the following month when they verbally sale you the 4 visits for $79.99.

I barely walked in with tears in my eyes, my sciatic pain was so bad. Gabrielle greeted me with her beautiful smile & caring demeanor. I have been to a family chiropractor for years on an as needed basis but for headaches not sciatic pain. Dr Thomas is amazing, he not only helped me walk without pain but he truly cares about his patients! I recommend them to everyone and my daughter who is pregnant is also now getting relief as well! It’s convenient, affordable and has great hours. I have recently moved but still drive once a week to get the care I need from Gabrielle & Dr. Thomas.

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.
We make it easy to receive chiropractic adjustments on your terms. We offer a wide range of care options including a walk-in price, flexible packages, and a discounted Wellness Plan. You do not have to sign a contract in order to drop by The Joint Chiropractic and receive care.
We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
