Well I first made contact with this PT facility on October 14th , and was told that they would take me in as a new patient so I made an appointment to get a referral and returned with my referral to find no one was even there during business hours . Secretary was out sick , so i called about a dozen a half times and left about five messages over nearly a month , never got a response. Went ahead and called today to find out about my treatment only to hear they would not take me in as a patient even though I had to go pay for an appt to get a referral for them after they said they would . This business is not compassionate to patients who need help . Not willing to work with patients who need immediate treatment . Currently I'm waiting for the secretary to call me back to confirm they will or will not take me as a new patient as she said she would . Surely They wont be calling me back . If they do ill update my review with all context .

Staff is always friendly and caring. The office is nice and clean. Brookise is top notch and caring. I have been going here for all my PT needs . If you have to go to physical therapy this is the place that you should choose to go to.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Even though I have never been a patient, I don't think they care about us. I have tried twice to get in, but, I never heard from them. This last time I was told to leave a detailed message about the days I was available, so I did, but, I never heard from them, so I went someplace else. I won't ever try again, nor will I ever recommend them to anybody else.
