Unfortunately I have spent the past 12 months recovering from two Achilles tears. I have been to achieve many times over the past few years for different ailments including back problems, recovering from knee surgery, strengthening muscles related to pain reduction, dry needling for knotted muscles, etc. The PT staff is extremely knowledgeable with diagnosis and treatment. The facilities are clean as is the equipment. In addition to being experts in their field, they are also extremely friendly. The environment is very family oriented and fitness, function, and ability is a priority in recovery. They have a plethora of modern equipment available to achieve your goals and are extremely flexible with scheduling. They will do their best to accommodate you and help with your recovery. They also have a full “crossfit style” gym where you can workout to further aid in any fitness goals. The support staff is friendly and helpful. I will continue to use them for my Physical Therapy needs!

Our services include group classes, personal training, team trainings, and interactive fitness events throughout the year! If you are new to our facility, ask us about our 30 day free trial!

For your first visit please download the new client forms on our website or arrive 15 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork. Remember to bring your insurance card and any other important information. Please wear or bring with you gym type loose clothing. Your first session will last approximately one hour. We will review your medical history and an initial examination will be performed.
In Nebraska you can receive physical therapy services without orders or a prescription. We hold great pride in the fact that more than 90% of our clients come to us from a friend or family member who was a client. Important insurance information on direct access: *While Nebraska is a "direct access" state, some insurance companies and/or policies require that a client have orders or a prescription from a medical doctor in order to pay for PT services.
