I was in my vehicle waiting for the wash to finish. When I went to move my load to the dryer I found out someone had stolen my clothes hamper and box of dryer sheets. I spoke to the attendant about it and she called the manager who replied that she would look at the on site video and get back to me (I left name and number). That was over a week ago and I have not heard a peep. Not looking for full compensation but a free wash or two would have gone a long ways towards making me feel that my business is important to them. I am there two to three times a month.

Clean and most of the workers are friendly and helpful. Edit to my old 1 star review because since then i havent been treated poorly nor have i had contact with the employee that was rude.
