If i could give negative stars i would. Maintenance at this property is HORRIBLE it takes forever to get something done and when they do finally show up, they don't fix the problem, just tell you we will be back and not show up again for 6 months. Took over a year to get closet doors from when we first moved in and when they finally showed up, they didn't even put the hardware on correctly and they broke within a day...ope we will be back and never showed. carpet in the bedroom got soaked they lied right to our face and said they took care of it but water still sits. they had to take with the gardener about how to fix the issue???? HORRIBLE

Night Fuery

Recently left Brent village, Management is not good at there job by any means. They did no final walkthroughs of the apartment with me but went ahead and snapped plenty of photos are charging me for borderline everything regardless of what work we put in to clean, Put in several Maintenance requests that took 2 weeks for them to respond to only reason they finally did was when I went straight to the office and brought it up, The grounds are by no means clean on a regular basis, Sidinf has been missing from like 3 buildings for months, Lived in a so called updated apartment but all these up dates were done in the poorest and cheapest of manners, These apartments seriously need to rethink there priorities and actually put forth some effort additionally the management should not be talking Bad about residents in front of other residents like they did one day when I was in the office, It is extremely unprofessional.

I was a resident for 8 years and when I left the manager sent me a bill for over $2,000 even though they are remodeling all apartments as people move out. The carpet had not been replaced before I moved in, so it was at least 10 years old. The last summer I was living there the AC went out, the manager refused to provide a portable AC unit or offer to pay for a hotel. It wasn't until I threatened to bring in a lawyer that they finally reimbursed me for my hotel stay. This apartment complex cannot keep a manager to save their lives, they went through 4 since I moved out in 2019! Even if the updated apartments are nice, none of the management staff that I have worked with in the last 10 years have been nice, helpful, or easy to work with. I would never recommend anyone live here.
