We bought our first camper a year ago from them. There we a couple issues we noticed after we purchased it, but they stepped up and fixed the problem without hesitation. We decided we wanted to upgrade this year. Matt worked hard to search their inventory for the perfect camper for us. Although we ended up finding the perfect one elsewhere, we appreciated his effort and professionalism. We would shop there again.

We showed up on time for our appointment to get our new camper, out salesman told me where to park our trade-in, last time we talked to him until they were telling us it was time for us to go. It was obvious that they didn't look the camper over prior to us doing the walk through, the guy taking us on the walk through couldn't answer most of my questions, things that were pointed out during the walk through that should be fixed before we left, some were not fixed. Went to leave and the keys for the basement doors wouldn't work, 45 minutes later they found one that would work, they said they would send us another one, haven't seen it yet. Got home and auto leveling wouldn't work, after a couple of hours finally got it, obvious it wasn't tested before. Had a flat tire the next day had a screw in it, that tire was low when we did the walk through. Not the most pleasant experience. UUPDATE! Bish tried to call me the a little while after posting this review, I was busy and couldn't answer my phone. I tried calling the person who left the message the next day, they said he was busy and would call me back, never did, I call again a week later and left a message and again no return call. The person who sold us the camper sent me a text a couple weeks after the first post, yes a text, wanted to know if there was anything they could do to get us to give them a 5 star review. At least now I know what is most important to them!

Jared, Chad and Dwight are amazing to work with. Jared is very knowledgeable and found the perfect RV that suits me. He was patient and accommodating in showing me several RV's to choose from. Chad made the purchase process easy to understand and did not try to pressure me into anything I did not need. All paperwork was explained and any questions I had he answered clearly and truthfully. Dwight was amazing. This is my first RV purchase. Dwight spent over an hour walking me through my RV's many features. He explained all of the components, and how to service, maintain and care for all of them. My experience with Bish's far exceeded my expectations!! Thad was amazing in getting my camper delivered, I am impressed how he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy through the whole process. His patience and understanding was the best customer service I have encountered.

Great service and helpful staff. Consider looking here first before searching elsewhere in Omaha. My meeting with one of their salespeople (Keagan) was informative and honest.
