It was my first time going to a rehab center so I was nervous but my trainers Kyle and David were patient and taught me new ways to tend to and strengthen my shoulders, as well as lessening my chance of injury. Also would like to give a shout-out to the scheduling staff especially Ashley for making sure I remember my appointment date and showing up on time.

I cannot overstate the professionalism and knowledge of Athletix rehab. The staff at Athletix have completely surpassed not only mine, but my doctor‘s expectations for my recovery.

Athletix, in my opinion, is easily the best physical therapy clinic in Miami. Kyle and his team work diligently, one on one, through a treatment plan that works and shows obvious results. As a physician interested in the pain specialty I have yet to work with therapists that are this knowledgeable and invested in their patients recovery. I highly recommend Athletix for rehab and recovery.

I highly recommend Athletix for your rehab needs. The level of skill, professionalism, and attention to detail are unparalleled. Dr. Kyle, David, and Dylan all bring a level of elite expertise that allows me to trust them in treating my injuries. The team ensures my health and safety while working through treatment and exercises, as well as educating me through the process. Even with frustrating and complex chronic pain, I don’t feel I’m fighting it alone. I have so much appreciation for Dr. Kyle and the whole team at Athletix.

Yes, our Physical Therapists can help alleviate symptoms of low back pain and restore function. Mobility, flexibility, strength, and stability are important in both the low back and hips, they have to work both together and independently from one another to achieve proper body mechanics with static and dynamic activity! Treatment goals are to alleviate tight tissues pulling on the spine and pelvis, as well as restoration of normal body mechanics with corrective exercise. Yes, physical therapy has proven successful in relieving long-term symptoms in patients experiencing both acute and chronic neck pain. Manual, or “hands-on” treatments consist of special techniques designed to reduce the stiffness in the neck and improve range of motion. Targeted exercises focus on the root of the pain, to strengthen, build, and improve the muscles and tissues in the neck. Treatments will focus on improving posture to aid in the recovery of the neck muscles, as well as avoiding re-injury in the future. Additional treatment services may also be included as your physical therapist deems fit, based on the nature of your condition.

Physical therapy for athletic purposes helps with overcoming injuries, refocusing strengths, and developing healthy habits. Physical therapists are also trained to help you bounce back from your injury, with just as much strength (if not more!) than you had before the injury. They are dedicated to always helping you reach your peak and get back in the game! whatever that may be.
