Looking at their website I was really excited to bring my daughter here but unfortunately the staff is so extremely rude on the phone I could not bring myself to even finish the phone. Sent them an email but I'm sure one of the people I spoke to will be the one to read it so I'm sure nothing will come of it

I was looking forward to taking my daughter here after the positive reviews but i recurved very poor treatment, i made the decision not to return. We arrived on time but as there was no guide to tell you which floor they were located on, i spent a long time walking around trying to find suite 3. FYI, it’s on the second floor. I was trying to call and call but no one would pick up the phone. I finally found it and the therapist was so INCREDIBLY RUDE! she said “I’m not trying to shame you but your 10 minutes late”. Which is exactly what someone who was trying to mom shame you would say. Although it would have been helpful if they would have said that the guide didn’t tell you the floor before arriving. Went through the appointment anyway but couldn’t wait to leave. Needless to say, i left and did not return. Fine, i was late. They could have turned me away it would have been fine. I understand. But I won’t tolerate this kind of behavior. Childish… do better.

my son Aaron has been attending speech and occupational therapy at this location and I highly recommend them. Unfortunately we had to change his insurance but he really enjoyed going to his therapies. I thank his therapists Karina, Jennifer, Holly and Luke. my son misses them. Thank you
