The staff is adorable and kind.The owner not so much! Just make sure you are positive you will be Fulfilling your entire treatment if it has been pre-paid because there is no refund unless you have a medical letter stating you cannot proceed with any cosmetics. This was our major complaint since unfortunately cool sculpting did not work for us and some areas buckled hopefully in time this will go away.
