I couldn’t order delivery from my regular store. Your system was messed up. So your ordering service said they would give me a coupon, but they didn’t . I want free pizza pretty much forever. I’m going to Post this review everyday until I get what I want.

Had truly the worst pizza experience to date from the London, Ohio location! The pizza arrived cold to the touch. I would not even mind that it took almost 2 hours to be delivered if it where still hot! All the pictures show ample toppings! My pizza looked like a cheese pizza that someone accidentally dropped some pepperoni onto! Where I called back to let them know my disappointment, the staff could care less!!!!!! It was like "we are busy and short staffed so deal with it"

Ordered a chicken salad huge chunks of lettuce, apples that look rotten, very little chicken.

For anyone who is reading this and have had a bad experience. Contact Jane Grote Abell on Facebook. I posted a picture of a tossed around Donatos Pizza and tagged Mrs. Grote-Abell. She had her people contact me immediately. They were outraged and took care of that issue. She and her staff went over and beyond to address and rectify my issue. She then sent me a friend request and made herself personally available to me, the customer. She is the only business owner of a well known National restaurant chain that EVER cared about me, a random customer. I also watched Undercover Boss when Mrs. Grote-Abell appeared on the show. She was such a Great and caring Boss, I wanted to work for her. #TrueStory
